welcome
We perform a vast array of dental services in our office to treat you comprehensively. To help us serve you better, we have implemented the latest in dental technologies to give you the best treatment possible. We are a technologically advanced practice. Listed below is a highlight of what sets us apart:

invisalignC.E.R.E.C. Cad/Cam Techonology

We provide state-of-the-art C.E.R.E.C.(Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) technology in our practice. This allows you to receive restorations, namely crowns, inlays, and onlys in one visit instead of two. The C.E.R.E.C. porcelain helps restore your teeth to a natural strength, beauty, and function. We design and mill the restorations chairside while you wait, this means no impression tray and material to cause gagging and the discomfort and frustration that goes along with temporary crowns while you wait for the permanent crown. The teeth are prepared, restorations/crowns designed and milled, and cemented all in one visit. You leave our office the first visit with the permanent crown in place. C.E.R.E.C. technology allows you more comfort while simultaneously giving you the most precise restoration currently available in dentistry; meaning the crown margin consistently outperforms traditional crowns leading to a longer life for your crown. C.E.R.E.C. restorations are also less abrasive than metal or traditional porcelain crowns to opposing teeth; thus, a C.E.R.E.C. restoration does not wear down opposing teeth over time. These materials also closely match the composition of natural tooth structure.  This means when you eat hot food and then drink something cold, the restoration and tooth expand and contract at almost equal rates.  So, your tooth does not crack, and you can go on enjoying your evening. Advantages to patients receiving this type of restoration include: one visit, no temporary restorations/crowns, fewer injections, tooth-friendly restorations, and a natural-looking restoration that is metal-free and will not cause a grey line at the gum line. All this occurs in one visit start to finish, instead of the traditional two-visit approach.

Conscious Sedation

docsWe implement conscious sedation for patients with dental anxiety. We believe everyone wants to care for their teeth, yet due to previous negative experiences many forfeit the idea of having or keeping healthy teeth and gums. Everyone should have the opportunity afforded them to have healthy teeth and gums throughout a lifetime. For those with high dental anxiety, conscious sedation is a means to overcome that fear.

Digital X-Rays

Digital radiography is in place in all our treatment rooms. This has taken place of the more traditional dental films used to take x-rays of your teeth. The benefit to you and us is less exposure to radiation. When comparing traditional dental films to digital x-rays, digital x-rays reduce radiation exposure to 85% less than what traditional films expose; or in other words, radiation that you are exposed to is only 15% of what it used to be with traditional dental films. We have done this to improve your overall well-being.

ARESTIN®

ARESTIN® (minocycline hydrochloride) Microspheres, 1 mg is an effective antibiotic treatment that comes in powder form. This powder is placed inside infected periodontal pockets just after our hygienist finishes a deep cleaning, or scaling and root planing (SRP) procedure, to treat gum disease otherwise known as periodontitis or periodontal disease. Periodontal disease is an active infection located below the gum line. After our hygienist removes the tarter built up by bacterial colonies by hand instruments and ultrasonic devices, we place the ARESTIN to rid the area of the remaining bacteria and their toxins. Periodontal disease is today’s #1 cause of tooth loss among American adults, yet many do not know they have it since it may be present yet symptom free. Although a causal relationship between periodontal disease and an elevated risk for systemic events has not been established, recent data suggest a possible association between periodontal disease and other health issues including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and preterm low birth-weight babies.
