Dr. Browning attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry for his dental training. He has received awards for his distinguished and outstanding patient treatment and management skills.

Dr. Browning's professional affiliations include memberships in the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Sacramento District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Browning has received advanced dental training at two prestigious advanced dental education centers, The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He has also taken advanced courses in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and has taken many hours of C.E.R.E.C. training which allow him to fabricate porcelain crowns in one office visit.
